The keynote speech is held by Dr. Ng Mee Wah, Eugenia, Division Head of Information Technology of The Hong Kong Institute of Education. Her sharing topic is “ Using information technology as a change agent to foster students' generic skills”. Dr. Ng was the programme committee member of Australian Computers in Education Conference, the programme committee member of International Resources Management Association Conference and the committee member of EDB CDC committee member of Technology Education. Her research area is in Computer Supported Cooperative Learning, E-learning, Educational games and Information technology in Education. Dr. Ng was the supervisor of several funded projects that include “Creating a virtual learning community via video production and sharing, Developing”, “Self-learning resources to promote learners' study skill”, “To Investigate and Compare the Critical Factors that Affect Successful Implementation of Electronic Learning in Asia”. She will share the new mind and new technology we need in this 21st century in this conference.
